Students enjoyed Student Appreciation Week sponsored by our NE Lions PACT Booster Club! If you are not a member, please join today- forms are available in the office.
This week, we've seen some great school spirit, some American Heroes, and some superheroes! We look forward to grade- color day & career day later in the week.

Northeast School was lucky enough to secure a Google Field Trip Grant to the Museum of Science and Industry. Second and Third grade students participated in the Brick by Brick exhibit and many other exhibits on Monday, February 6th. It was a great day of STEM learning!

Fifth grade went to the MSI thanks to a generous bus grant from the Museum of Science and Industry in honor of African American History Month. The students participated in two workshops: Innovation Studio: a 60-minute workshop that guided student groups through the innovation process to design solutions for real-world challenges, and a Jr. Science Cafe in which students extracted DNA from strawberries! See some of the photos from both field trips above.

The Lions P.A.C.T. Booster Club needs you!
Please contact the Booster Club via email or phone: 708-581-6025.
